I felt I should report back on some of the things I've discussed here over the last 6 months:
The Season of Renewing My Mind is ongoing. I took a break from it to declare our finances a disaster and work a 3-month holiday job. That's over now, and it's time for things around here to get back on track in every conceivable way.
Since my realization, I'm down 30 pounds. I've set my goals in small increments, and I hope to see big changes by this time next year. Still such a long way to go.
I'd like to take a moment and thank the great gals who participated in the Church Discussion. We are now "routinely visiting" a sweet fellowship a few miles from our home. I'd like very much to go ahead join the church, but I've determined to wait on the Holy Spirit and Mr. Clem to time that move. I haven't even mentioned it to Mr. Clem. I'm going to wait until he brings it up. See how I'm getting all mature and Titus 2-y?
I am enjoying the ever-lovin' daylights out of being back in Blogdom. I need to exercise some restraint, and I'm trying really hard, but y'all are endlessly more entertaining than laundry and dishes and, let me be honest here, getting dressed.
But I will not abuse the Privilege of Blog.

I just love you!! You are too funny and adorable! I am SO EXCITED for your achievements! You are getting back to your focus after the job thing and holidays...me to man, that was a whirlwind. AND 30 lbs!!! That is amazing!! I love the little steps and yet you are seeing such huge impact over time! You are inspiring all the way!
Oh, totally forgot to comment on the season of refocusing...love that! AND... waiting on husband and Holy Spirit...that is growth, I know because it is the areas I am having to grow in as well! Thanks!
