You comment about the invisible snow made me laugh out loud. We had even gone a purchased snow boots for the girls in complete anticipation. Then every time we watch the news, the snow totals went down. My poor girls. They never get this stuff in Texas so we were very excited.
I realized after I posted that the post would be dated the 28th, and my actual birthday is the 27th.
The 26th is the anniversary of our engagement, so Mr. Clem and I went to The Melting Pot. We used to have to go to Dallas, but now (proof in my opinion that God loves me and wants me to be happy) there's one right downtown!!
For my birthday, I did errands, bought groceries, took my teenager to a social gathering of her literature group and then went to Pixie's basketball game.
OKAY! I am so cracking up over that photo and I love that you have a Mac (just like me) as all the best bloggers do and I love that you're 39! I think I'll be 39 on my next birthday, too.
I remember getting up early that day, so that I could "do" my hair. It was quite a lengthy process, and I must say that I was pleased as punch with the results. When the school pictures came back a week or so later, I was stunned at how very sophisticated and glamourous I looked.
Since that's the only time that has ever happened, I decided that should be the picture that strangers have of me when they read my blog.
Hey Clemntine...I just looked at your iSight pic again. Now, do you really just have ONE extra-large front tooth, or is that the camera distorting things? :)
Yeah. I don't use Mac, and it shows, I'm sure. Wouldn't know where to begin. Don't like change. New Blogger almost did me in this morning when it made me change over.

It was nice and quiet. Thanks for asking.

You mean your hair isn't red?! And isn't tightly curled?
I feel so...oh, I don't know...duped!

Hard to believe I let that look go, isn't it?
